The credit card payment gateway will undergo scheduled maintenance on Monday, June 16th. During this time, transactions may be unavailable for up to 15 minutes on Pax A920 and Pax A80 credit card terminals during this window. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Resolved - We have confirmed that our payments are now processing without issue. Our testing has confirmed declines have fallen under expected ranges. If you continue to have issues with payment processing, please submit a case through the Support and Training Center for additional investigation.

Update - We are currently experiencing issues with one of our Third Party vendors, which is impacting payment processing. As of 2:24pm we have implemented a change on our end that is showing a higher rate of success for payment processing.

We are now seeing payment processing returning to normal, but we will continue to monitor this issue to ensure there are no additional issues.

Update - We are aware of an increase in AMEX cards being declined and have worked with our vendor partners to resolve the issue. Our processor and American Express have fixed all issues, but there may still be sporadic declines. We will continue to monitor this issue to ensure AMEX cards are processing without issue.
