We have confirmed with out vendor partners that the increase in American Express declines have stopped. Our testing has confirmed declines have fallen under expected ranges.

We are aware of an increase in AMEX cards being declined and have worked with our vendor partners to resolve the issue. Our processor and American Express have fixed all issues, but there may still be sporadic declines. We will continue to monitor this issue to ensure AMEX cards are processing without issue.

If you are attempting a payment and it does not go through, we recommend trying again via WebEntry or Mobile Pay. Other card brands are not impacted, so if the patient has another payment method it should be successful.
